Project Kidz Connect - After School Program

Students in grades TK-6th at Adams Elementary have the option to attend our after school program Project Kidz Connect. Project Kidz Connect provides students with structured activities from organized recreation to assistance with homework, and a nutrition break. Project Kidz Connect is held on the Adams Elementary campus daily from 3:00-6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. If you are interested in having your child attend, please apply using this link.

City of Costa Mesa- ROCKS Program

Recreation on Campus for Kids (R.O.C.K.S.) after-school program is a fee-based program at the following Newport-Mesa Unified School District elementary school sites: Adams, California, College Park, Davis, Killybrooke, Paularino, Pomona, Rea, Sonora, Victoria and Whittier. The R.O.C.K.S program provides supervision by City of Costa Mesa recreation staff on the school’s playground Monday through Friday from the time school is dismissed until 6 p.m. for children grades TK through 6th. The program is open during the school year and is closed during all school holidays, in-service days and vacation breaks. This program focuses on four areas: educational activities, youth sports, recreation, and arts & crafts.  Staff encourages personal growth, academic enrichment, and group cooperation in a structured environment.
