Principal's Message

Dear Adams Community,

I am so excited for the 2022-23 school year!!  It is sure to be a year filled with exciting opportunities with a focus on kindness! 

As your principal, I could not be happier to serve this great community!  I feel fortunate to work with our talented staff, amazing students, and supportive parents.  Adams Elementary is a truly a place where great things are happening for students on a daily basis!    I am a strong believer in educating the whole child - academics, arts, athletics and more through engaging instruction and high-quality programs.   Supporting our students to foster positive friendships and have an incredible elementary school experience is a high priority.

I was born and raised in N-MUSD attending Woodland, Kaiser, Ensign and Newport Harbor.   As an educator I have been in our District for over 20 years serving as teacher, TOSA, and for the last fourteen years as an administrator.  On a personal side I have boy/girl twins, Kaitlyn and Garrett, who are going into fifth grade. We spend most our free time on the baseball and soccer fields along with watching Angels games in person or on the TV and are always entertained by our dog, Coco.  

An excellent education is not possible without the great collaboration of students, parents, and staff.  It is important to me that we build a positive and nurturing environment together for our students, staff and community.  I welcome you to reach out to me if you have any questions, comments or concerns.
